Energy Efficiency Certificate

In 2017, the Regulations regarding the Energy Efficiency of Buildings (142(I)/2006) was ammended.  With this ammended it has been added that with any advertisment for sale or rent of the following estates found in the article 8A for the aforementioned Law says:

"The advertisment from individuals or legal entities of any

a) building

b) buidling unit

c) building unit found in a building 

for sale or rent should mention its Energy Efficiency certified on the Energy Efficiency Certificate. "
